The neoprene sleeve is nonabrasive, highly protective, water resistant, and does not pick up dirt, lint, or other debris from the ground. The sleeve is rolled up, quick release buckled tight, and slid inside the Window Storage Bag. The rear window bar provides structure for the bag, keeping it from sagging or flapping in the wind. The Soft Top Window Storage Bag is made from tough PVC Coated Mesh that is re-enforced for strength and UV protected.
