RETURN POLICY
All Klymit merchandise carries a 30-day warranty. If you purchase merchandise with defects in
workmanship or materials, we’ll repair, or replace, the product without charge, at our discretion.
Please send all products for warranty evaluation to Klymit Warranty Department, 1069 South
Stewart Street, Suite 1C, Ogden Utah 84404. Please include a letter containing your name,
physical address, phone number, the product you are returning and the defect. Please include
a copy of your receipt. Returns without receipt within the previous 30 days are not eligible for
replacement or repair under the Klymit warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal
wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be
charged for return shipping. All warranty shipments to Klymit must be pre-paid. Klymit cannot
be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair must be clean. Reasonable
charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.
