When purchased from an authorized dealer, all our products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. Shipping to our Warranty and Repair Department is the responsibility of the customer, we will provide free shipping back to you. Products must be reasonably clean before they can be repaired. Please wipe down your product so that it is not covered in dirt/sand/hair. Heavily soiled or stinky items will void your warranty. Repairs not covered under the Klymit warranty: intentional puncture, abrasion, misuse, alteration, modifications, abuse, taking apart of the product, normal use, wear and tear. Warranted products will be replaced or repaired at Klymit's discretion, if a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted. Allow 2-4 weeks for your product to be repaired and returned to you.
