Klymit Lifetime Warranty

At Klymit, we are committed to the highest level of materials and workmanship. All our products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. Klymit camping pads are guaranteed for the life of the product. Klymit sleeping bags and backpacks are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Klymit. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted. This warranty does not include damages from normal use, wear and tear, unauthorized changes or modifications, abuse or neglect.

Warranty valid only on products purchased from an authorized Klymit reseller or dealer.

If your Klymit product does not perform to your satisfaction please contact us.

To make a warranty claim please email support@klymit.com or call customer service at 888-klymit-1 or 801-648-7189 for a Return Authorization Form.

Warranty Shipping Policy

If it is necessary for the customer to send their product under warranty to Klymit, the sender is responsible for all shipping charges. Likewise, Klymit will cover shipping any product covered under warranty, free of charge with in the United States via ground shipping.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for actual shipping charges.

If desired, expedited shipping services, and associated costs that exceed the amount of ground shipping covered by Klymit, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

When Klymit receives a product currently under warranty, we will repair the item free of charge. Requested repairs that fall outside the warranty terms will be repaired at a reasonable rate, at the customer's request.

IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE SHIPPING A RETURN TO KLYMIT:

Please include a note with your product explaining the area of concern, and assistance you are requesting from Klymit.

It is extremely difficult to repair gear if it is dirty. If we receive an item that is too dirty for repair, it will take additional time to complete the repair and a cleaning fee will be charged to the customer.

If the area in need of repair is covered with duct tape, or has significant polyethylene residue from tape, the material may be irreparable.
We will provide tracking information for every warranty or repair shipment back to the customer, but Klymit is not responsible for product lost in shipment.

Please be kind to the environment and our returns department; do not use packing peanuts or styrofoam.
