Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Klymit. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted. For all sleeping pad leaks that cannot be repaired with the provided patch kit, and for all other warranty claims, simply complete our Warranty Return Authorization and ship your product to the address provided.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.

WE COVER RETURN SHIPPING AFTER REPAIR!

U.S. ONLY

When we've repaired your product or deemed it necessary to provide a replacement, we will cover return shipping to all addresses within the United States. For international orders, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend shipping via a carrier that provides a tracking number; keep this number for future reference. We will contact you when we receive the product. All products covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge.

**Our warranty system had shut down due to technical difficulties. If you submitted a warranty request that is currently pending, it may be lost. Please reach out to us directly at warranty@klymit.com and we will make it right. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding. 

Before you return...

Please include the completed Warranty Return Authorization form with your product to avoid delays. Contact information is required. Once received, please allow for 3-7 days in-house for us to process, and repair the product.

Products must be reasonably clean before they can be repaired. Please wipe down your product so that it is not covered in dirt/sand/hair. Heavily soiled or stinky items will void your warranty.

If the area in need of repair is covered with duct tape, or has significant polyethylene residue from tape, the material may be irreparable. We will provide tracking information for every warranty or repair shipment back to the customer, but Klymit is not responsible for products lost in shipment.

Please be kind to the environment and our returns department; do not use packing peanuts or Styrofoam.

Looking for Return and Refund?

To qualify for a money back guarantee the product must have been purchased through our Klymit Web Store (www.klymit.com) within 21 days. If you purchased through Amazon or another dealer you will need to go through them for a return. Click the botton and download the Refund form and attach to the product when you ship it back. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, you will need to pay for shipping for the return of the product.
